INTERVIEW PREP RESOURCES
Instructions for Video Interviews
This round is designed to help us get to know you - how you think, what drives you, and how you reflect on your journey. We’re not looking for polished resumes, but for real stories, curiosity, and clarity of thought.
What You Need to Do
Record one continuous video answering all three questions in order
Keep the video between 1 and 3 minutes
Speak in your own words - do not use scripts or AI-generated content
Make sure your face is visible and your voice is clear
Use a quiet and well-lit space for recording
Do not mention your college name, GPA, or academic background
Do not use animated videos, avatars, or voice-overs
Do not skip any question
Upload the video to Google Drive
Set sharing to “Anyone with the link can view”
Do not share links that require permission or access requests
Paste the public Drive link into the official submission form
PLEASE NOTE: Videos that don’t follow these instructions may be disqualified.
The Three Questions:
Imagine you are not allowed to mention anything about your academics. No GPA, no college name, no internships, no courses. But you still want us to understand who you are and what matters to you. Share a story or moment that reveals something real about you beyond the resume.
Think of a time when your curiosity led you to explore something on your own. It was not for a course, a competition, or a certificate. You just wanted to figure it out. Tell us what pulled you in, what that journey was like, and what you learned about yourself as a learner.
Think of a time in college when you were told, directly or indirectly, that something was not meant for you. Maybe it was a project, a role, or a skill. Share what happened and how you chose to move forward. What did that experience leave you with?
