After review by AWS, a Consent to Assign (CTA) form is sent for review.Baselining

Roles & Responsibilities
Customer
Provision all AWS infrastructure and systems.
Review Kickdrum recommendations, validate business considerations, and take remediation actions as appropriate.
Discuss cloud infrastructure plans with Kickdrum during monthly meetings.
Kickdrum
Setup CloudCheckr for use with customer account(s), provision additional accounts as necessary for billing structure.
Configure CloudCheckr for customer users and Kickdrum analysts.
Enable compliance monitoring and alert mechanisms, including appropriate industry standards.
Review Cloudcheckr reports and inventory on a monthly basis and prioritize recommended actions.
Provide advice and best practice recommendations on cloud infrastructure plans as identified by customer.

AWS-Led Support: provides L1/L2 support regarding technical issues. Not responsible for architectural oversight or recommendations.
